Mr. & Mrs. Shockley
Tina and Blake's small intimate wedding was absolutely a dream come true. We have photographed hundred's of weddings in our past and this wedding might just be the best one. It was small, no bridal parties, no drama, and no messing around at City Hall. Not only do I love weddings, it was David's niece, Tina. We talked about the timeline and meeting places and finalized their details the night before. When I arrived at the Mother of the Bride's home and it was filled with love as her sisters and brother were all together. We shot the details and the bride anxiously awaiting her groom. It was simple and so beautiful. We met the Groom, Blake at the Graue Mill and he was just as nervous as Tina. They enjoyed a sneak peek moment while the families awaited on the side. I am sure everyone was crying. After a few photos we headed downtown Chicago to City Hall. The ceremony was over within a few minutes and we headed back outside to the slow city streets. We got a handful of images and headed over to Lincoln Park. We ended this beautiful day at the Lincoln Park Bee Hive. The newly Mr. & Mrs. Shockley went to enjoy dinner with their closest family and friends. We wish them nothing but the best!
